On December 13, Ambassador and Mrs. Keith celebrated the holiday season by hosting a party for Embassy families at the
Residence. In addition to the families and children of Embassy staff, they invited a group of special guests from Pusat
Jagaan Siddharthan Care Centre, a local children's home in Petaling Jaya. The Embassy community shared a "pot luck" lunch,
there were Christmas carols, and children played games organized by a group of volunteers, including face painting,
decorate-the-Christmas-Tree relay races, and a "snowball" fight. Gifts donated by members of the community were given to
the children of Pusat Jagaan Siddharthan Care Centre, who in turn presented a special gift of their own: two beautifully
sung and choreographed songs that lifted the spirits of everyone present.
