On December 18, 2008, Ambassador and Mrs. Keith attended a charitable Christmas high tea at the Federal Hotel Kuala Lumpur for more
than 100 orphans. The children were from Rumah Kids, Rumah Kasih, Good Samaritan and Agathians Home. The children chatted with the
Ambassador and his wife and received Christmas gifts at the event. Santa Clause made an appearance at the high tea, which was
hosted by the American Association of Malaysia (AAM) and Federal Hotels International (FHI). AAM and FHI recently launched a
Christmas Giving Tree Festive Charity Campaign to raise funds for the orphans' Christmas gifts. AAM representatives conveyed their
pleasure at the opportunity to lend a hand to the orphans.
