                             U.S. EXPERIENCE

Tens of thousands of Malaysians visit the United States of America every year, and we know that most of them have a very enjoyable visit to the "Land of Opportunity."

We hope that every visitor to the U.S. feels welcome, and want to hear from you if you experienced any difficulties in obtaining your visa in a timely manner, or if you felt you were improperly treated at a U.S. border.

If so, please send us an email at LRCKL@po.jaring.my with specific details of your experience (dates, locations, etc.). We cannot promise that every case can be solved, but we promise to review your message and forward it to the proper person to help make things smoother for future visitors. Security measures since 9/11 have added many new regulations and security checks that affect everyone's travel, but it is our duty to make sure that America's borders are secure and that, at the same time, our doors remain open to visitors from around the world.
